Are you a primary or secondary teacher looking for a new exciting recycling project?
We need your help! Design and present an assembly to get your school community recycling more and better. Film this assembly and enter it into our competition.
The competition is open to Key Stage 2, 3 and 4 primary and secondary school students within the Greater Manchester waste contract areas (Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale Salford, Stockport, Tameside and Trafford).

Assembly must take place between 5th September 2011- and 2nd March 2012 and the closing date for entries is Friday 2nd March 2012.
Entries must include:
- Entry Form (available from September 2011)
- Digital recording of the assembly on a media disc (check competition guidelines for formatting)
- Typed script
- Media consent form (available from September 2011)
- Results of the simple pre and post assembly evaluation survey (Optional).
