Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC)
The Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) has been upgraded and has benefited from better signage, traffic management, assistance for users and CCTV with number plate recognition. This has provided a more comprehensive recycling service for local residents helping to divert more of Greater Manchester’s waste from landfill. The improved facilities have made it even easier for residents to recycle more of their waste and a wider range of materials, as well as allowing better working conditions for operatives.
The Household Waste Recycling Centre is open at the following times:
